Start with one workflow worth improving

You may have quote requests your team cannot get to, bids you keep passing over, or too much time tied up in order entry. A focused pilot tests whether AI can help with one of those problems before you commit to a wider rollout.

We favour work that gives your team room to grow. Improving an existing process is often the best first pilot: there is a clear baseline, enough real examples to test, and a result you can measure. Both opportunity and efficiency pilots are welcome.

Typically around CAD $10,000. Fixed scope and price agreed before starting. Begin with a free 45-minute fit call. A paid assessment is not a required first step.

What the pilot includes

  • One defined workflow, a process owner, and an agreed success measure
  • A working pilot using approved source material and representative examples
  • In-scope connections to the systems the workflow needs
  • Quality checks, human review points, and a fallback when the system cannot proceed
  • A comparison with the baseline, including reviewer effort and exceptions
  • Documentation, a team walkthrough, and a recommendation to stop, improve, or expand

We agree the operating boundary before we build. A limited production launch is included only where specifically scoped. Complex ERP integration, multi-team rollout, ongoing hosting, and support are separate unless included in your written proposal. Custom-code handoff and third-party licences are documented there too.

Possible first workflows

Handle more quote requests

Turn one type of customer enquiry into a checked draft quote using approved product and pricing information. A person approves the quote before it leaves the business. Measure suitable requests handled and turnaround, while checking accuracy, margin, and review effort.

Pursue more suitable bids

Screen a defined opportunity source and prepare one recurring response type from approved company material. Measure suitable bids your team can support, with checks for fit and factual accuracy. Track wins and contribution over the longer sales cycle.

Clear repetitive order or document work

Extract, check, and route one kind of order, invoice, or service request. Compare time per case, errors, or turnaround with the current process. Decide how the time released will be used; saved hours do not automatically become revenue.

Help buyers explore your offering

A tailored product guide or interactive demonstration could help one buyer group understand a complex offer. This is a possible pilot direction, scoped around your business. Measure qualified enquiries or observed buyer tasks, then track meetings and conversions as volume allows.

How we choose the measure

A useful pilot needs enough activity to learn from. An existing workflow often provides the clearest comparison: throughput, turnaround, cost per case, or error rate. For a new capability, we agree observable buyer or team behaviours and a quality check. We do not promise that a short pilot will prove a revenue increase when the sales cycle takes months.

What we need from your team

A person who owns the process, representative examples you are allowed to share, and time to review the pilot's output. We agree access, participation, milestones, and a start date before committing. Greg leads discovery and delivery; any additional specialist help is identified and scoped where needed.

If an existing tool or a simpler process change is the better answer, we will say so on the fit call. If uncertainty needs separate investigation, we explain the optional assessment before asking you to commit.

A clear decision at the end

Before work begins, we write down the acceptance tests, review window, and correction terms. If an in-scope deliverable misses those tests, we address it within the agreed remediation terms. Data quality, external systems, and client dependencies are identified in the scope.

You review the evidence before deciding on a larger investment. Expansion and ongoing support are separately scoped.

Existing AI Quick Win clients retain any applicable credit under their agreed terms for the same workflow.
