Revenue AI
One high-value workflow put into production with integration, controls, monitoring, and operating ownership defined.
Put One High-Value Workflow Into Production
Your team spends hours moving information between documents, inboxes, spreadsheets, and systems that were never designed to work together. Revenue AI puts one of those workflows into production. It uses your real data, connects to the systems your team already relies on, and has a measurable operating target from the start.
The goal is not to launch AI for its own sake. It is to improve a business process without creating a second process for people to babysit.
What You Get
- Production workflow built around your current process and acceptance metric
- Integration with the relevant ERP, CRM, document store, inbox, database, or internal API
- Human review and fallback rules for low-confidence or high-consequence actions
- Monitoring and alerts for failures, volume, latency, and the agreed business result
- Access, data-flow, and operating documentation for your IT and security teams
- Source code and runbooks your organization owns
- Team training for the people who operate, support, and improve the workflow
- 30 days of post-launch support
What We Automate
Document extraction, order entry, invoice processing, report preparation, legacy system sync, inbox triage, compliance review, and service-request routing.
Common examples include project documentation in construction, quality and work-order records in manufacturing, order and inventory workflows in distribution, reconciliation and customer operations in retail, and support or revenue operations in technology companies.
If people repeat the same judgment or data movement every day, the workflow is worth examining. We have shipped more than 40 production automations since 2012 across six industries.
How It Works
- Scope: Confirm the process owner, baseline, target metric, systems, data, and decision rights.
- Design: Document the data flow, integrations, review points, failure path, and deployment boundary.
- Build and test: Connect the workflow and test it against representative cases, including the awkward ones.
- Controlled launch: Start with a limited user group, location, queue, or transaction type. Monitor both quality and business impact.
- Handoff or expansion: Transfer runbooks and ownership, then decide whether to expand by team, site, or adjacent workflow.
A contained workflow can launch in two weeks. Work involving core systems, several stakeholders, or formal security review typically takes four to eight weeks. We set the schedule after discovery rather than promising a date before seeing the dependencies.
The Acceptance Standard
We define the acceptance metric and review window in the contract before work begins. It may be hours saved, errors reduced, faster turnaround, cost avoided, or revenue recovered. If an in-scope deliverable misses the agreed test, we remediate it within the agreed scope before recommending rollout. Adoption, source-data quality, and third-party dependencies are measured separately.
Your Investment
From $8,500 CAD. Scope and price depend on workflow complexity, integrations, review requirements, and rollout size. Department, multi-site, and multi-system programs are scoped separately with decision gates between phases.
Some implementation work may qualify for SR&ED. Eligibility depends on the work and your tax position; confirm with your adviser.
