Greg Mousseau

AI Engineer & Product Builder · Toronto

I built my first website in 1999 — the Canadian Drilling Rig Museum site, created in Grade 9 using Microsoft FrontPage. The original design still exists today. That was 20+ years ago. Since then: tech lead at BMO (ranked the bank #2 in Canada for customer experience), senior engineer at VTS managing 80+ engineers across 3 continents, and over a decade running GTA Labs — taking startups like Turnstyle Analytics to a $20M exit.

I started GTA Labs in 2012, raised $56K and opened a dev office in China with 12 full-time engineers. We've shipped for Indeed, Reliance Home Comfort, Dulux Paints, DHX Media, and dozens more. Now I focus on AI — building agents, integrating LLMs, and helping businesses ship AI products that actually work. No PowerPoints, just working software.

How I Work

Every engagement follows the same four-step process.

Clarify
Define the business outcome and acceptance tests. No ambiguity.
Ship
Build the smallest useful thing fast. Working software over documentation.
Measure
Eval suites, latency budgets, cost tracking. Truthful metrics, not vibes.
Transfer
Full ownership handoff with docs, runbooks, and training. No vendor lock-in.
