AI Opportunity Assessment
Optional paid discovery when a workflow needs more investigation before a useful pilot can be scoped.
Settle the questions that block a pilot
Most engagements begin with a free 45-minute fit call and a Focused AI Workflow Pilot, typically around CAD $10,000. You do not need to buy an assessment first.
Sometimes the right workflow is unclear, access is uncertain, or several systems need investigation before we can price the build responsibly. In those cases, a focused assessment gives you a decision you can act on.
What we agree to investigate
- The current process, its owner, and the business result worth testing
- Representative data, source quality, system access, and integration options
- The assumption most likely to prevent a useful pilot, tested with a small prototype where appropriate
- The proposed pilot scope, measure, risks, participation, and budget
The result is a written recommendation to proceed, change direction, or stop. It can cover a new capability or an efficiency improvement. A prototype tests an assumption; it is not a production deployment.
Scope and participation
A contained assessment is typically five business days once the necessary people and examples are available. We agree the schedule and deliverables before starting. Your process owner and technical contact help us understand the work and review the findings.
Investment and acceptance
CAD $5,000 for the agreed assessment scope. Wider discovery is quoted separately. We define the decision, deliverables, acceptance tests, and correction terms in writing.
Existing AI Quick Win clients retain applicable pilot credits under their agreed terms. Any credit for a new assessment is specified in its proposal; no automatic credit is assumed.
Start with the free 45-minute fit call. We will explain whether an assessment is needed and why.
